Design Laser System. A new way to get things done. The Design Laser System is a fully-featured software system, specifically written for use at the College of Design. CLIENT DOWNLOAD
The Design Laser System Client is required to access the system. You can download and install it on to your computer. It is also made available on all College of Design computer workstations, including cluster machines. The software is available for Windows and Macintosh users.

WINDOWS INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
To install the Windows Design Laser System client, follow these simple steps:

Step #1: Download the client. Save the setupdls.exe file to your desktop.

Step #2: Double-click on the file you downloaded, and the installer program will start. Click Next in each part of the installation wizard, making any changes you deem necessary (the default install settings should be fine for most people).

Step #3: When the installation is completed, click Finish and the installer will close. You may delete the setupdls.exe icon from your desktop.

MACINTOSH INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
To install the Mac OS X Design Laser System client, follow these simple steps.

Step #1: Download the client. Save the DesignLaserSystem.dmg file to your desktop.

Step #2: Double-click on the file you downloaded, and it will open and mount the drive image. If it does not automatically open a window, double-click on the new disk drive, labeled Design Laser System Client that appears on your desktop.

Step #3: Inside the new window, click-and-drag the Design Laser System file to your Applications folder

Step #4: Drag the disk drive, labeled Design Laser System Client, to your Trash Can. This will un-mount the drive. You may also delete the DesignLaserSystem.dmg file from your desktop.
