Bachelor of Architecture Program Curriculum

For students with a four-year, pre-professional undergraduate degree in architecture (BEDA degree or equivalent). Two semester of full-time study. Minimum of 30 credit hours.

Coursework:

Professional Architecture Studio I (ARC 501) -- 6 credits
Professional Architecture Studio II (ARC 502) -- 6
Practice of Architecture (ARC 561) -- 3

Final Architecture Project Preparation (ARC 581) -- 3
Architecture Electives (four courses) -- 12

ARC 561 will be waived for any student who has completed the Intern-Architect Development Program (IDP). In these cases, an architecture elective will be substituted for the waived course.


The B.Arch. curriculum is a one-year (two semester) program of 30 credit hours which builds upon a four-year pre-professional curriculum.
